We are pleased to invite proposals for forums to be held at IROS 2024. Forums offer a
platform for practitioners and researchers to delve deeper into pertinent topics within the
conference scope, fostering meaningful interactions and insights.

Forum Proposal Submission Guidelines:

• Proposals must be submitted in PDF format through PaperPlaza, utilizing the provided template. Submissions are limited to 20 pages.
• Organizers are encouraged to design programs tailored for in-person participation, considering logistical requirements such as space needs and maximum poster capacity.
• Diversity of thought and background among forum participants is strongly encouraged.

Evaluation Criteria:

The Forum Technical Committee will assess proposals based on the following criteria:

• Relevance: The significance and alignment of proposed topics with the conference scope.
• Engagement: The effectiveness of plans to facilitate active participation and interaction among attendees.
• Inclusivity: Consideration of inclusivity in accommodating individuals with diverse backgrounds and expertise.
• Organizer Diversity: The diversity and experience of forum organizers.

Upon acceptance, organizers must provide a final abstract and create a dedicated website for their forum.
