Notes

  • Paper Uploads: To submit the final paper and all associated attachments, at least one of the authors must register in advance (see above).
  • Authors who pay a non-student registration fee (C1, C2, C4) are allowed to upload up to 2 contributions, and student registrations (C3, C5) are limited to one contribution. Submissions can include a full-length paper, a late-breaking result, or a stand-alone video. Full-length papers must adhere to a six-page limit (US letter size), with the possibility of adding up to two additional pages at a cost of USD 200 per extra page. This page limit encompasses references, appendices, and all other content. Registrations are individual and cannot be used to submit a paper if the registrant is not listed as an author of that paper.
  • To attend both the main conference and any workshops or tutorials, you must register separately for each. Entry to the main conference, workshops, and tutorials will be strictly regulated, with access granted only to delegates who possess the appropriate badges or passes.
  • Day Registrations are valid only for non-presenters to join on the main conference days (October 15-18). If you wish to attend the social events, you can buy a ticket at USD 100 each for the Welcome Reception on 15th October and/or the Farewell Party on 18th October and USD 150 for the Banquet on 17th October through the registration site.

Registration can only be confirmed once payment is received. Payment can be made by any of the following methods:

Cancellation Policy

To request a refund, please send an email to iros2024@iros2024-abudhabi.org. Any cancellation will incur a fee of USD 50.00 if processed before September 1, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST. Cancellations made after this deadline may only qualify for a refund under extraordinary conditions. Please note that inability to secure a travel visa does not qualify for a refund. The name on the registration can be changed without penalty.
